Today I want to tell you a story about a couple who had to overcome a lot of barriers to having their wedding. First there was a pandemic, and then there was a looming hurricane. But none of that could dim anyone’s spirits on this perfect day. Here’s what Megan had to say, “Love can’t be cancelled! The pandemic made us have to reschedule our wedding, but we didn’t let that stop us from what we have wanted all along: to be married. Siobhan and I decided to travel up to NY where my family lives and get legally married on our original wedding date (5/23/20). We realized with all the uncertainty we knew it was most important to get the legal part of marriage taken care of. Now, it’s time to party!”
And party they did. It was an evening full of laughter and music and epic dancing. Everyone danced. And danced. And then it was time to go, so out came the sparklers and after a couple of fun dashes through the tunnel of fire, the evening was done. Nothing stops love. Congratulations Megan and Siobhan!
