So I Did A Thing | Atlanta Photography Group

fine art black and white photo of southern pines trees in dusty atmosphere

Today I did a thing. Something I haven’t done in a long long time. I dropped a piece off at a gallery to be a part of an exhibition. This piece will be on display at the Atlanta Photography Group Gallery in midtown Atlanta February 6 – March 5. There’s a lot of really great photography in the show, so if you’re in Atlanta, you should be sure to check it out.

In one of those weird circular ways that life works, this gallery is located just a few doors down from the location where I used to show and sell my paintings back when I was still painting. That gallery is long gone now, unfortunately.

There are some big changes coming this year as I gear up and sort through the thousands of not-wedding photos I’ve made over the years. Even though I’ve not been showing my work, I’ve been shooting constantly, and even doing a little painting and drawing too. I’m really looking forward to expanding on some of the ideas I’ve been working on behind the scenes and sharing it with you.
