Atlanta Botanical Gardens Intimate Micro Wedding | Kira and Rae

Today I want to share photos of a very special couple and their incredible wedding day. We first met Kira and Rae when we made their engagement photos on the campus of their alma mater, Agnes Scott College. It was at that point that I became lifelong fans of Kira and Rae. They are truly two of the kindest humans I have ever met, and watching them interact with each other is deeply beautiful to witness. They are so loving and gentle, and simultaneously incredibly excited about each other. They are each the other’s personal cheerleader, and it’s beautiful. So when they asked me to photograph their wedding, I was thrilled. And what a perfect wedding day they planned. They started with getting ready at home together, which is always so beautiful and intimate. After taking a moment to prepare their ketubah and say goodbye to the fur babies, we headed to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. We spent a little time making some portraits in the gardens as we made our way to the fragrance garden for the ceremony, where they were met by a dozen of their closest family members and friends. Their ceremony was captivating, with special touches added by their guests. And just like that, they were married. Congratulations Kira and Rae!
