Today I want to introduce you to Michelle and Mike. They’re getting married next fall, so I recently flew up and visited them on one of their weekend trips to their favorite village on Cape Cod, a wonderful little place called Chatham. We met up at Where The Sidewalk Ends, which is probably the neatest bookstore I’ve ever visited, and is also where Mike collaborated with the owner to set up his proposal to Michelle. Honestly, that bookstore is so wonderful and packed with fantastic books that I really had a hard time focusing (sorry, sorry, I couldn’t help myself). From the bookstore, we took a drive down to the shore to have a walk in the last rays of the sunshine and visit a couple of secret spots. Then we headed back downtown to wander the aisles of a couple of their favorite shops. Special thanks to Ducks In The Window for letting us play and for generally being super awesome.
