“I’m so excited, delighted, that you’re here with me” (Jeremy, from a song he’s writing)
“I have found the one whom my soul loves. I held him and would not let him go.” – Song of Solomon 3:4
Today we’re going to tell you a little story about Laura and Jeremy. We first met Laura almost four years (holy smokes has it been that long?!?) ago at Moriah and Kevin’s amazing New Orleans wedding. Since then, much has happened. There have been graduations, and new apartments, and most relevant to our current story, meeting this very handsome man with a magnetic smile at church. A few months ago, we had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy and making some fun and funky engagement photos in Castleberry Hill in Atlanta with the two of them. It was at that point that I began to suspect that despite seeming a little bit quiet and shy, perhaps Jeremy was secretly full of mischief and fun. My suspicions were completely confirmed at their wedding. Surrounded by all the people they love the most, Laura and Jeremy were both full of light and laughter. Throughout the day, it became apparent that Laura has very cleverly surrounded herself with an amazing group of people who inspire her and make her laugh, which is quite brilliant. And of course, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the music, because Wow, the music. Which of course means there was dancing… and… and… well, take a look.
