Today I’d like to invite you along with me to spend the perfect Sunday afternoon with Rebecca and Artem as we make their engagement photos in New York City. There are lots of ways to make engagement photos, but this might be my favorite way. Our adventure started when I arrived at Rebecca and Artem’s apartment, where they were hanging out in their pjs and getting ready to bake some muffins. After getting the muffins in the oven, they headed to the sofa to do the NY Times crossword and read a bit while they waited for the timer to ring. While the muffins cooled, it was time for a quick board game, and then to get dressed and go get more coffee (because coffee coffee coffee!). Then we headed for the ferry. Once across the river, we stopped to listen to an outdoor concert for a minute and then we wandered along the river and checked out the sights. Rebecca and Artem are playful and curious and make each other laugh. A lot. They’re really fun to be around. Your cheeks will hurt by the end of the day, trust me. Thanks Rebecca and Artem for an awesome day in the city! And for my first NYC ferry ride. It was a really cool day, and I can’t wait to see you again in Maine for your wedding!
