This afternoon I’d like to introduce you to Zakiya and Richard, who will be getting married in just a few short months. October, to be exact. October 17 to be exacter. We met up with them late in the afternoon at Piedmont to make some engagement photos for them, and had a hilarious session. Once Richard realized that making photos wasn’t going to hurt, he quickly relaxed and let us see a bit of his mischievous side. It’s pretty clear that there’s a lot of laughter in their relationship, which is fantastically wonderful because science tells us that people who laugh more tend to live longer and have healthier hearts. From what I saw, these two are destined to have many glorious years together with hearts that are strong like big strong things (sorry, my metaphor machine is down… more coffee!). Congratulations Zakiya and Richard!
