Atlanta Lifestyle Engagement Photos | Lauryn and Andrew

Today I want to introduce you to Lauryn and Andrew. They’re getting married this spring, so one chilly afternoon recently we had an adventure. First we met up at Dr. Bombay’s Underwater Tea Party for high tea. (If you’ve never been to Dr. Bombay’s, you’re really missing out and you’ve gotta get down there and check it out.) After tea, we stopped by their apartment for a change of clothes and to enjoy some quality wrestling time with the newest furry addition to their family. (Rawr.) And finally, we headed out to a local park to catch the last golden rays of sunlight and do a little shadow dancing. Sometimes people ask me if I get tired of my job, and to be honest, the time spent behind a computer can get a little monotonous, but the payoff is that I get to meet and spend time with awesome people like Lauryn and Andrew having high tea and playing with kittens and dinosaurs. I get to see beautiful things like the way Andrew’s eyes light up when he talks about his favorite flavor tea, or book, or when he looks at Lauryn. And I get to make photos of magical things like Lauryn’s fantastic laugh or the vivid color of her eyes in the sunlight, and talk about our favorite types of Scotch while we make those photos. These are the things that make life beautiful, and I’m grateful to be able to share them with wonderful people. Thanks Lauryn and Andrew for a super fun afternoon. I can’t wait for your wedding day!
