Beth and Forrest: Special Wedding Session At Canyonlands
And now for the Grande Finale…. a couple of days after their wedding, Beth and Forrest put their wedding clothes back on for a special photo session at one of the most beautiful places on earth, Canyonlands National Park. Between you and me, I was starting to sweat bullets a little bit about this session. After all, I’d just driven almost all the way across the continent to make photos of the desert, and by the morning of this photo session, it had been raining for two whole days.
Two days of rain. In the desert. Exactly.
Forrest looked at the radar, and the rain clouds were swirling over Moab like a toilet bowl. WTH?
But good ol’ wedding luck kicked in, and about an hour before photo time, the clouds parted and the sun came out. The sky was filled with the most perfect golden light and the landscape was glowing with glorious sunset goodness. These are the days I live for.
