Today I want to tell you the story of Megan and Sally’s gorgeous summer wedding at Gilbertsville Farmhouse tucked away in the gorgeous mountains of upstate New York. Megan and Sally met about four years ago at work. Sally was straight and “Meg was confused about that (Sally wore Birkenstock’s and Star Trek t-shirts). After months of being friends, Sally realized she was in love with Meg. Meg had, of course, known all along.” (This might be one of my favorite relationship descriptions anyone has ever submitted.) And so after some time had passed there were epic proposals and rings were exchanged and wedding plans were made. Which is how we all found ourselves on a rustic farm far outside the city in the sunshine with great big smiles on our faces. Megan and Sally’s wedding day was full of laughter and love and a perfect sunset, and there was also a llama. Or maybe it was an alpaca. It was cute and furry and that’s what matters. Congratulations to Megan and Sally!
