Today I want to share some awesome photos of two of my favorite people with you. When you last saw Holly and Chris, they were celebrating their rainy destination wedding in Negril, Jamaica. It’s not unusual for there to be some rain on a winter wedding day, even in sunny Jamaica. But the rain that occurred on their wedding day was a bit better described as a deluge. Or a monsoon. Or even biblical. It was a lot of rain. And so we made the decision that once we were all home in Atlanta, we’d regroup and have a portrait session for just the two of them since we couldn’t exactly make wedding photos on the flooded beach in Negril. After a bit of discussion, we decided to head down to beautiful Jekyll Island to make photos at the historic Jekyll Island Club Hotel and on the iconic Driftwood Beach. In the interest of full disclosure, I should probably tell you that there might have been wine involved. But only as much as was needed.
