Today we celebrate Juliette’s first birthday. We met her a few months back when she was much smaller, but no less adorable and made some family photos in north Fulton. To celebrate Juliette’s big day, mom and dad decided to have a Winter One-derland Celebration brunch for family and friends, complete with bacon and petite pancakes, mimosas for those who’d had enough birthdays, and, of course, birthday cake. Between you and me, I’m a huge fan of the cake smash. Few things are more strangely wonderful than a group of adults marveling at a baby enjoying a first birthday cake. So many smiles and happiness.
