Piedmont Park Elopement | Sherry and Trevin

“Remember those walls I built? Well, baby they’re tumbling down. And they didn’t even put up a fight, they didn’t even make a sound. I found a way to let you in, but I never really had a doubt. Standing in the light of your halo, I got my angel now” Beyonce Knowles-Carter

Today I’d like to tell you the story of Sherry and Trevin’s perfect early morning elopement to Atlanta’s Piedmont Park. Sherry and Trevin met a few years ago at work. At first she told him he was too young for her (2 whole years!) but he won her over with how sweet he was. It’s easy to see how Trevin won Sherry over, because the first thing I noticed when I met them was how adoringly he looked at her. When I asked Sherry how she knew he was the one, she said, “I’ve never had such a strong connection with anyone. He is the most chivalrous, loyal, sweetest man I’ve ever met and he makes me feel so secure. We love traveling and exploring new things together and all the firsts that we’ve shared solidified that he’s the only one I want to experience this life with.” Walking around the park with them after the ceremony, we had a chance to talk about our shared passion for travel, and the list of amazing places they’ve visited together is one I found myself envious of. These two are truly quite a team and it’s clear that they’re going places together… literally even. (Sorry, couldn’t help myself there.) Congratulations Sherry and Trevin! You two are the sweetest together and it was an honor helping you begin this new journey. Hopefully one day we’ll bump into each other again somewhere on our travels.
