Today I want to tell you the story of how Caitlin and Wendy were married on a moody Saturday afternoon in the midst of a hurricane. I want to tell you how despite the gray skies and cold rain, inside was warm and full of laughter and joy, and the most epic dance party Virginia has ever seen. How they exchanged the most thoughtful and kind gifts during their first look and made everyone who witnessed it cry with them. And how they loved each other so hard and perfectly all day so that everyone felt their joy. But I’m not great with words, so I’m going to do that with these photos. I hope I did it justice.
Thank you Caitlin and Wendy for trusting me to tell your story, first during your amazing adventure engagement session last year at Great Falls Park, and again at your wedding. You are incredible humans, and it was an honor to get to know you and document your love. Also thanks for letting me meet your dogs. I hope to get to meet the cats one day. Congratulations!
