Today I want to tell you the story of Stephanie and Robert’s gorgeous summer wedding at The Stave Room in Atlanta. They met about three years ago after Stephanie’s friend strong armed her into getting an online dating app, although apparently Robert was the first and last time she swiped right. A fun fact about their wedding photos is that we did their first look in Piedmont Park on the bridge over the dog park where Robert proposed to Stephanie. She says, “We were engaged at Piedmont Park on a very muggy Thursday evening last July. Robert asked if Stephanie wanted to go for a walk, something we often do but it was pretty obvious to Stephanie something was different. Robert is not very sneaky. After circling the park looking for “a good spot” Robert finally decided to stop at our usual water break spot, on the bridge overlooking the dog park. He got down on one knee, Stephanie probably said yes (we can’t remember), we popped a bottle of champagne, drank it out of solo cups and then we went straight to dinner at one of our favorite spots in Midtown. ” Another fun fact about this super awesome set of wedding photos, besides the fact that there’s about a jillion epic dance photos, is that there’s some familiar faces in the crowd. Look closely and you’ll see Miranda and Thomas, and Melanie and Ian. All the coolest folks hang out together, you know. Congratulations Stephanie and Robert!
