Today I’d like to introduce you to Laurie and Stefania. They’re getting married later this year. Since I was already in DC for a wedding over the weekend, they decided to meet me at Rock Creek Park to make some engagement photos. Laurie grew up near here, and so the park is a special place with great memories. Rock Creek Park is a huge gorgeous park that bisects the northwest quadrant of DC, and once you’re in the park, you feel like you’ve completely left the city. It’s heavily wooded and large enough that folks can spread out. We wandered around down near the creek for a while just trying out ideas and getting to know each other. Many many thanks to Laurie and Stefania for letting me experiment on them with my new lenses. Y’all were amazing and so patient with me. Congratulations to you and I can’t wait to see you again soon.
